At MyOnlineCLINIC our aim is to help you make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle so that you discover what true health feels like – to feel vibrant, energetic and happy, most of the time.

You are unique 

General health and diet guidelines can be a good starting point but they’ll only get us so far. There is no ‘perfect’ diet, no one single regimen that guarantees everlasting health. Not only is health far more complicated than one single diet, but we are all individual – unique biology, genetics, lifestyle and environment can explain why two individuals may respond entirely differently to the same intervention. What puts you on the road to great health may not be what works for your best friend.

Through our comprehensive, holistic health coaching approach we will take the time to listen to and get to know you, so that we can understand your unique life, health and diet situation, the things that drive and motivate you, the things stopping you from making the changes you want to, your passions, goals and how you think and feel about your health, what issues, ailments and aspirations relate to you, so that we can support you.

By understanding you inside out including food preferences, work life, stress, sleep, exercise preferences and more, we can build you a support plan that goes so far beyond the generic mainstream advice you’ll wonder why you didn’t come to us sooner.

Whether you want to simply understand a little more about the best foods and lifestyle practices to nourish your body, have a specific health concern you want help addressing, or you’d like to take a deep dive into your health and do some functional testing to learn about your biology and genetics we are here to support you, every step of the way. We’ll guide, advise and coach you according to your needs and capabilities, so that you have the knowledge and tools to achieve true health.

That’s why they’ll never tell you to exclude, avoid or cut out any foods but instead provide information about choosing the right foods (and the right versions of your favourite foods) to help you feel amazing. MyOnlineCLINIC coaches are all about making the small and simple tweaks that pack the biggest punch – they understand that the food and activities you choose are a big part of life, and a huge source of enjoyment, and this needn’t be sacrificed for health. What they can do is help you embed some straightforward food choices and lifestyle behaviours that are health-supportive – and it’s up to you how far you go with the advice.
